How do I get gmail to delete an email when I delete it in Outlook 2007?

Max Power asked: When I delete an email in Outlook 2007, I want it to delete from gmail as well. But when I delete an email in Outlook, it still appears if I open the gmail web interface. How do I get them to sync properly?DENNY
