Is it possible to set a picture as my Gmail theme/background?

I want to use a Twilight picture as my Gmail theme or something, but I don’t know how. I can set usual themes but I can’t find a Twilight one anywhere. I am also willing to have it as my Gmail background or wallpaper (if they exist). Can you please tell me how to do it?

No, it is not possible to customize your theme, well, not yet, probably next year. The themes are just new addition to Gmail, so Google might have still testing the response from their users.
As one of the article from Google Operating System blog says:
“Unlike other webmail services, Gmail has never provided too many customization options and users had to rely on themes created for third-party extensions like Stylish, which usually slowed down Gmail and weren’t resilient to code changes.”
