How do I forward my emails to my Gmail acct from MS Exchange?

My company uses MS Exchange within Citrix desktop. I can create a rule in Outlook and autoforward the emails to my gmail account. I see them in my Sent Items folder, but they don’t show up in Gmail. And, yes, I checked the spam folder.
