How do you add friends or contacts to you Gmail Blogger page?

I have recently found Gmail has a thing called Blogger and it’s pretty cool. Just can’t seem to figure out how to add my friends or contacts to my blog so I can more easily view their blogs. Thanks!

    Social Networking is what it is called,
    that feature is not built into blogger like other types of networking

    However, you can make others members of your blog so that you may allow them to write in your blog as you do and …..

    if you want to restrict access to your blog to only those whom you allow, you may add them as members who can read
