Is it illegal to read gmail chats from my wifes account and I found out she is cheating?

I didn’t tap her account using spyware.. She left the password saved on my computer and when I went to gmail her email opened up. Then one of her friends and her were chatting about her relationship with someone else and I could see the chat messages..

As far as I know it’s not illegal, and it’s her own fault for not being more careful. If I were you, I’d forward the chats to your own account (so she can’t delete them) and confront her with the hard evidence.

Nope it is not illegal, even more so since she left it all opened and it “popped up” when you turned on the computer. It was an innocent mistake on your part.

Uh, who cares, print everything and confront her with it. Don’t even let her make you feel bad for snooping. Wife busted! Mine opens up to my kids email all the time. I don’t read it, but I could.
