In the past couple of weeks, whether I use internet explorer or Firefox my gmail in loading slowly. The majority of the time I have to refresh in order for it to load. Why all of a sudden is this happening?

Is it just gmail? If it is, you can always switch to HTML mode. If it is just your internet connection in general, try pressing ctrl-alt-del and look at networking. If you aren’t using the internet and there is activity, you have a virus and should use an anti virus tool to scan for it. a good free one is Avast!
