Your question is kinda ambiguous.
In your headline, you want to know how to add your address in Outlook Express so you can receive and send emails.
But in your description, you seem to be talking two email accounts here, one is like and
and then you are configuring your gmail inside gmail website but you can’t see all other emails.
Please be clear what you really want to do:
Are you setting up inside Outlook Express?
or
Are you setting up inside Gmail.com?
