How can I pull up my address list when forwarding a message in gmail?

I am trying to forward a message with pictures, and would like to pull up my contact list in the gmail web interface to choose message recipients, like I could in Outlook Express. I am aware that I can use Outlook with my gmail account, but would like to use the gmail web interface.

Is there any way to pull up the contact list, when forwarding, not just when creating a new email?

I also aware that I can copy and paste text into a new message, but this is inconvient and doesn’t work for pictures.

Thanks!

I don’t think so, but I would just go to FILE-New, then pull up your address list so you don’t lose info…
