Unfortunatley Google does not have the folders option but you can use lables instead and with the latest updates you can colour code the labels e.g. Business will have Red labels whilst personal has green labels and so on. Inorder to do this just select all your business emails/conversation and click More Actions next to Archive, Report Spam and Delete then click create new label.
