I have made two folders, so that I can put all of my emails from address 1 into folder 1, and adress 2′s emails into folder 2. Is there a way to have this done automatically?
Basically, I want Outlook to check my email, and when Address 1 has an email, to put it into the Address 1 folder, and the same with Address 2, and in that way my email will be organized. Can Outlook do that?

Outlook and Outlook Express can both do it. You need to look under Tools / Rules and Alerts in Outlook and Tools / Message Rules in Outlook Express and setup up rules for mail from People to Move to a folder. It mostly takes you though the steps. When you get done, if it does not specifically ask you, find the Apply Now button, and if you have done it right, it will move the messages according to the rules. If it doesn’t move them, find what small typo is causing the problem. After that it will be automatic.
